2012: I went to Sydney and stayed with my Couchsurfing host who is an Australian aborigine. He traveled around Australia in a caravan, and I shared his bed in the caravan for one night. It was one of my most unforgettable travel experience. He was such a wonderful host, going as far as driving me around, and cooking for me. (The mobile home was equipped with a kitchen and all cooking paraphernalia!)
I found his lifestyle very inspiring, something that I might consider doing in the future. How liberating it is to not be tied down to one place, to have your home travel with you, wherever you want to go.
