2009: This was for a column in a magazine where you submit your picture and ask them for make-up suggestions and then they would pick lucky readers to get a makeover.
So they called me and I had to go to their office which was about 2 hours away. They specifically told me not to wear any make-up. We took a before photo and then I just sat back as professional MUAs worked their magic on me.
And tada! I actually looked older. But flawless. And I got to be in the magazine. I rubbed off most of the heavy do as soon as I got out of the building though.
