2009: I appreciate good service, and likewise I won't hesitate to complain if it's not up to snuff. Either way, I like to make my feelings known.
As I have been in service line since my first job, I know what it feels like to have an appreciative customer compliment you on your service. It makes all the grueling hours worthwhile.
