2016: Perfect if you love water and speed, which I didn't. It can be thrilling for the first 15 minutes as you whiz around, bouncing with the waves and have water splashing at you, and you can't stop screaming and laughing. After that it would get kind of repetitive and tiring. It doesn't take considerable skill to drive I guess; you just need to know your left and your right, and try not to confuse the start and the stop buttons. And of course, look out for swimmers, rocks, shallow water and other jet-skis.
