2014: Me becoming a lifeguard is about as possible as a pig learning to fly. I can't even save my own life in a swimming pool. But I so wanted to sit on the lifeguard chair, and I got my chance in Ilocos, Philippines, when visiting my boyfriend's family. Their house was just a stone throw away from the beach.
